The mainstay of the activity of our Firm is leading insolvency and restructuring proceedings. Many entrepreneurs face financial problems which may end up with winding their business up. In such a situation, our legal advisers try to find such solutions, which make it possible to avert the danger of liquidation, pay the creditors back and enable the client to keep his company. In particular cases we suggest insolvency procedures thanks to which our client negotiates the terms of paying the creditors back or, if no other option is available, we carry out final insolvency procedures on behalf of the client. Also natural persons, who are not entrepreneurs, but are threatened with bankruptcy due to financial problems, can turn to us. We ensure complex aid during the whole process leading to consumer insolvency. We carried out over one hundred insolvency and restructuring proceedings during our twenty-year practice.
